FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear colleagues,
We cordially invite you to the 22nd International Scientific Meeting on Vacuum Science and
Technique organized by Slovenian Society for Vacuum Technique and Croatian Vacuum
Society. Meeting will be held in »Hotel Kovač”, Sela 5, Osilnica, Slovenia from 21. to 22. May
2015. Osilnica lies in the south part of Slovenia in the upper Kolpa valley surrounded by steep
hills and large forests known for brown bears.
The main aim of the conference is to bring together researchers, engineers, technicians
and other experts to share their knowledge on the recent developments in the field of
Vacuum science and technology and related areas such as Plasma science and technology,
Thin films and coatings, Surface science, Vacuum metallurgy, Biointerfaces and
Nanoscience.
Conference fee is 110 EUR for two days including one night hotel accommodation, or 60 EUR for one day participation. Fee covers conference materials, 2 lunches, dinner, 2 coffee breaks and use of swimming pool and sauna at Hotel Kovač.
The official languages are English, Croatian and Slovenian.
